Hi there,
I’m Siobhan, Founder of the Mears Collective.
After a successful 16-year career supporting at board level for global corporate organisations in London and the Middle East, I know what’s required to build a sustainable and thriving business. A clear strategy, processes and systems are the vital foundations to streamlining and scaling your business effectively. They are also key areas of focus that improve communication with your team, wow your clients and create a high-functioning environment that drives profit.
After becoming a mother, the corporate world felt challenging and restrictive. I felt I had to sacrifice either my career over being a present parent. So in 2018, I decided to take control of my destiny, setting up The Mears Collective as a way to help other female founders have the same operational success as large corporate entities.
My mission is to support female coaches, consultants and creators to build strong business foundations, by identifying and implementing sustainable operations to accelerate their business growth and income. Enabling them to focus on their zone of genius and ultimately give them more freedom to spend time doing the things they love!
