I’m Siobhan, Founder of The Mears Collective.
I know what it’s like to have a business that’s growing, yet still feel like you’re carrying the weight of it all. The pressure, the responsibility, the constant pull between wanting to scale and not wanting to work even harder to make it happen.
Before launching The Mears Collective, I spent years supporting board-level leaders in London and the Middle East, learning exactly what makes businesses run efficiently, scale sustainably, and generate real impact. But when I became a mother, I realised the traditional way of working didn’t fit the life I wanted to create. I wasn’t willing to choose between ambition and freedom – so I built a business that allowed me to have both. Now, I’m passionate about helping established female founders do the same.
I work with ambitious, high-achieving women who have built six-figure businesses but know they can’t keep growing the way they have been. They’re ready to move beyond inconsistent revenue, overwhelming workloads, and the feeling that their business is running them – rather than the other way around.
Through high-level strategy, mentoring, and mindset coaching, I help them refine their business models, strengthen their revenue streams, and structure their businesses for long-term, sustainable success – without constantly adding more to their plate. And with the support of my plug-in operations team, we ensure the execution side of scaling – from tech setup to automation and backend support – is taken care of, so they can focus on leading, growing, and creating more impact.
